  Our IT consultants work in partnership with clients, advising them how to use information technology in order to meet their objectives or overcome problems. We work to improve the structure and efficiency of an organization's IT infrastructure, and can lend a hand in a variety of activities including:

• Meeting with clients to determine technology requirements
• Working with clients to define the scope of projects
• Planning timescales and the resources needed to accomplish goals
• Clarifying a client's system specifications, understanding their work practices and the nature of their business
• Training staff at all levels of a client organization in the use of IT equipment 
• Defining software, hardware and network requirements
• Analyzing IT requirements within companies and giving independent and objective advice
• Developing agreed solutions and implementing new systems
• Presenting solutions in written or oral reports
• Project managing the design and implementation of preferred solutions
• Purchasing systems where appropriate
• Designing, testing, installing and monitoring new systems
• Preparing documentation and presenting progress reports

  Our Consulting service is billed on an hourly basis. Prepaid blocks of time are available, call for details.
